Proud to share our voice at Flex Legal - October 2025

From the moment I was introduced to Mary Bonsor, there was an instant connection and certainly on my part a love of what she has and is achieving through Flex Legal and to be frank, I insisted she let us get involved.

Flash forward to now and Round Governance Services Limited got to guest lecture on the Readiness Programme for Flex's Co Sec trainees at the start of October.

We love that all trainees come from low social mobility backgrounds' or similar. Flex runs a social mobility trainee scheme for aspiring lawyers and Company secretaries, who take part in a 3 week Readiness Programme and then complete 2 years of in house training, alongside their professional qualifications.
