Companies House has announced that all companies on its register will have to file their accounts using commercial software by 1 April 2027. This is a big change for companies who currently have to use paper filing processes because they’re filing complex or large company accounts.  It also affects anyone who currently uses the webfiling option, because this route will also be closed.
